The leaders of tomorrow are the youths today.

Alpha Biofuels welcomes schools and organizations to visit our plant where Alpha Biodiesel is produced. Our guided plant tour is educational and enriching for all visitors.

Alpha has a series of education programmes that are tailored to various age groups. We also have Green Programmes that support student initiatives whilst working together with schools to recycle their canteen's waste cooking oil into Alpha Biodiesel.

Alpha Biofuels has adopted Temasek Junior College under the National Environment Agency's "Corporation And School Partnership" (CASP) program. In 2008, we mentored a group of JC1 students working on a project related to waste oil collection from the community for biodiesel production.

"Thanks for the very eye-opening workshop! I think all of you trainers were very professional, knowledgeable, patient and helpful throughout the two days. Many of the students were doing such experiments for the first time (especially the NA/NT students, as practical is actually not required nor tested in the Normal syllabus) so they really had a lot of fun and learning. Even the lab technicians confessed that they have learnt some things from all of you."- Quoted by, Mr Tan Wee Siang, Head of Department (Environment Education & Project Work), East Spring Secondary School

"Allan was very resourceful as he managed to rope in fellow entrepreneurs to share their experiences with the students, and even a venture capitalist who was able to critique and suggest improvements during the students' business pitching sessions." - Mr Bryan Lim, Subject Head, Yishun Junior College

"We had an excellent trip and would like to thank you for your help.  The tour of the plant was very insightful." - SJI International

"The plant visit was interesting. The lab presentation was useful in the understanding of the whole process. We would like to have a plant visit for our school again next year." - Henderson Secondary School
